In case you're artwork is damaged - due to unforeseen circumstances.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

Returns for Refunds: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the potential for damage during shipping, we do not accept returns for refunds.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable.
