In case you're artwork is damaged - due to unforeseen circumstances.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

Please note:
We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Returns for Refunds: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the potential for damage during shipping, we do not accept returns for refunds.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement.

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Colour Variations: Please note that due to the natural variations in leather, the colour of your product may vary slightly from the image shown.
